Competing venues in NYC have only a fraction of the required resources increasing the cost and complexity of operations for emerging urban food brand.
Co-located with the Village Spice Creative Campus, Village Co-Production is a transformative facility designed to empower food entrepreneurs in the South Bronx and beyond. Most emerging entrepreneurs are constrained by their lack of access to FDA certified, modern production space, with capacity in the NYC area largely limited to low-tech commercial kitchens. By providing efficient co-manufacturing spaces, cutting-edge technology, and shared logistics resources, the Hub enables small-batch food producers to develop, package, and scale their products. Critically, we connect emerging entrepreneurs with supply chain partners through collaborative spaces and comprehensive development resources.
Village Spice @ NYC Food Innovation Hub is a two-part ecosystem combining the formation of a Guild of Food Entrepreneurs
and the creation of a purpose-designed real estate platform.
